Śrī Viṣṇu Sahasranāma PURVANYĀSA VERSE 6
नमः समस्त भूतानाम् आदिभूताय भूभृते
अनेक रूप रूपाय विष्णवे प्रभ विष्णवे
namaḥ samasta bhūtānām ādibhūtāya bhūbhṛte
aneka rūpa rūpāya viṣṇave prabha viṣṇave

TRANSLATION
Obeisance to Vishnu, the origin of all beings, the sustainer of the earth, the form of many forms, the originator.
