Śrī Viṣṇu Sahasranāma PURVANYĀSA VERSE 3

भूः पादौ यस्य नाभिर् वियदसुर निलश्चन्द्र सूर्यौ च नेत्रे
कर्णावाशाः शिरो द्यौर् मुखमपि दहनो यस्य वास्तेयमब्धिः
अन्तःस्थं यस्य विश्वं सुर नर खगगो भोगि गन्धर्व दैत्यैः,
चित्रं रं रम्यते तं त्रिभुवन वपुषं विष्णुमीशं नमामि

bhūḥ pādau yasya nābhir viyadasura nilaścandra sūryau ca netre
karṇāvāśāḥ śiro dyaur mukhamapi dahano yasya vāsteyamabdhiḥ
antaḥsthaṃ yasya viśvaṃ sura nara khagago bhogi gandharva daityaiḥ,
citraṃ raṃ ramyate taṃ tribhuvana vapuṣaṃ viṣṇumīśaṃ namāmi

bhūḥ: the earth | pādau: (are) the feet | yasya: whose | nābhiḥ: (is) the navel | viyat: the sky | asura-nilaḥ: the vital air | candra-sūryau: the moon and the sun | ca: and | netre: (are) the eyes | karṇau: (are) the ears | āśāḥ: the directions | śiraḥ: (is) the head | dyauḥ: heaven | mukham: (is) the mouth | api: also | dahanaḥ: fire | vāsaḥ: (is) the garment | ayam: this | abdhiḥ: ocean | antaḥstham: situated within | viśvam: the universe | sura-nara-khaga-go-bhogi-gandharva-daityaiḥ: by gods, humans, birds, cows, serpents, celestial musicians, and demons | citram: wonderfully | raṃramyate: is enjoyed | tam: unto Him | tri-bhuvana-vapuṣam: whose body is the three worlds | viṣṇum: unto Viṣṇu | īśam: the Lord | namāmi: I bow |

TRANSLATION

I bow before that God, Vishnu, Who is the lord of three worlds, Who has earth as his feet, Who has air as his soul, Who has sky as his belly, Who has moon and sun as eyes, Who has the four directions as ears, Who has the land of gods as head, Who has fire as his mouth, Who has sea as his stomach, And in whose belly play and enjoy, Gods, men birds, animals, Serpent men, Gandharvas and Asuras.
