अथ ध्यानम्
क्षीरोदन्वत् प्रदेशे शुचिमणि विलसत् सैकते मौक्तिकानां
माला क्लृप्तासनस्थः स्फटिक मणि निभैर् मौक्तिकैर् मंडिताङ्गः
शुभ्रैर् अभ्रैर् अदभ्रैर् उपरि विरचितैर् मुक्त पीयूषवर्षैः
आनन्दीनः पुनीयादरि नलिन गदा शङ्ख पाणिर् मुकुन्दः
atha dhyānam
kṣīrodanvat pradeśe śucimaṇi vilasat saikate mauktikānāṃ
mālā klṛptāsanasthaḥ sphaṭika maṇi nibhair mauktikair maṃḍitāṅgaḥ
śubhrair abhrair adabhrair upari viracitair mukta pīyūṣavarṣaiḥ
ānandīnaḥ punīyādari nalina gadā śaṅkha pāṇir mukundaḥ

atha dhyānam: Now, the meditation | kṣīra-udanvat-pradeśe: in the region of the ocean of milk | śuci-maṇi-vilasat-saikate: on the bank shining with pure gems | mauktikānām: of pearls | mālā-kḷpta-āsana-sthaḥ: seated on a seat made of garlands | sphaṭika-maṇi-nibhaiḥ: resembling crystal gems | mauktikaiḥ: with pearls | maṇḍita-aṅgaḥ: whose limbs are adorned | śubhraiḥ: with white | abhraiḥ: clouds | adabhraiḥ: abundant | upari-viracitaiḥ: arranged above | mukta-pīyūṣa-varṣaiḥ: showering released nectar | ānandī: the blissful one | naḥ: us | punīyāt: may he purify | ari-nalina-gadā-śaṅkha-pāṇiḥ: He who holds the discus, lotus, mace, and conch in His hands | mukundaḥ: Mukunda (the giver of liberation) |
TRANSLATION
In the region of the ocean of milk, seated on a garland of pure gems and pearls, adorned with pearls resembling crystal gems, with white clouds, with rains of free nectar, delighting us, may the lotus and mace of the holy mountains, holding a conch, be our joy.
