Śrī Viṣṇu Sahasranāma PHALASRUTI VERSE 32

आर्ता विषण्णाः शिथिलाश्च भीताः घोरेषु च व्याधिषु वर्तमानाः
सङ्कीर्त्य नारायण शब्दमात्रं विमुक्तदुःखाः सुखिनो भवन्ति

ārtā viṣaṇṇāḥ śithilāśca bhītāḥ ghoreṣu ca vyādhiṣu vartamānāḥ
saṅkīrtya nārāyaṇa śabdamātraṃ vimuktaduḥkhāḥ sukhino bhavanti

ārtāḥ: those distressed | viṣaṇṇāḥ: those dejected | śithilāḥ ca: and those weakened | bhītāḥ: those afraid | ghoreṣu: in terrible | vyādhiṣu: diseases | vartamānāḥ: being | saṅkīrtya: by chanting | nārāyaṇa-śabda-mātram: just the word 'Nārāyaṇa' | vimukta-duḥkhāḥ: freed from sorrows | sukhinaḥ: happy | bhavanti: they become |

TRANSLATION

Those who are distressed, dejected, weakened, afraid, or suffering from terrible diseases - merely by doing saṅkīrtana of the word 'Nārāyaṇa' alone, they become freed from all sorrows and attain happiness. The Lord takes care of all their needs.
