य इदं शृणुयान्नित्यं यश्चापि परिकीर्तयेत्
नाशुभं प्राप्नुयात्किञ्चित्सोऽमुत्रेह च मानवः
ya idaṃ śṛṇuyānnityaṃ yaścāpi parikīrtayet
nāśubhaṃ prāpnuyātkiñcitsoऽmutreha ca mānavaḥ

yaḥ: he who | idam: this | śṛṇuyāt: hears | nityam: daily | yaḥ ca api: and whoever | parikīrtayet: recites | na aśubham: no misfortune | prāpnuyāt: attains | kiñcit: anything | saḥ: he | amutra iha ca: in the next world and here | mānavaḥ: a human being |
TRANSLATION
He who hears this daily and whoever recites it shall not attain to any evil, he shall be protected in this world and in the next.
