सर्वागमानाम् आचारः प्रथमं परिकल्प्यते
आचार प्रभवो धर्मो धर्मस्य प्रभुर् अच्युतः
sarvāgamānām ācāraḥ prathamaṃ parikalpyate
ācāra prabhavo dharmo dharmasya prabhur acyutaḥ

TRANSLATION
The conduct of all the Vedas is first conceived as the origin of conduct, the Dharma, the Lord of Dharma, the infallible.
