Śrī Veṅkaṭeśa Suprabhātam SUPRABHĀTAM VERSE 10
भृङ्गावलि च मकरन्दरसानुविद्धज्झङ्कारगीतनिनदैस्सह सेवनाय ।
निर्यात्युपान्तसरसीकमलोदरेभ्यः
शेषाद्रिशेखरविभो तव सुप्रभातम् ॥ १० ॥
bhṛṅgāvali ca makarandarasānuviddhajjhaṅkāragītaninadaissaha sevanāya |
niryātyupāntasarasīkamalodarebhyaḥ
śeṣādriśekharavibho tava suprabhātam || 10 ||
SYNONYMS
bhṛṅga-āvali ca: And the swarm of bees | makaranda-rasa-anuviddha: imbued with the juice of honey | jhaṅkāra-gīta-ninadaiḥ: with humming sounds like songs | saha: along with | sevanāya: for Your service | niryāti: are coming out | upānta-sarasī-kamala-udarebhyaḥ: from the interiors of lotuses in nearby ponds | śeṣādri-śekhara-vibho: O Lord, the crest-jewel of Śeṣādri hill | tava suprabhātam: may this be an auspicious dawn to You |
TRANSLATION
Oh Śeṣādri Śekhara Vibho! The day is brightening. The Lotus flowers have fully blossomed in the nearby ponds. The bees that have been imprisoned inside these closed lotuses during the long night are happy to gain their freedom to come out and sing Your praise and to offer worship to You. Oh Lord! May it be an auspicious day for You!
