Śrī Lakṣmī Aṣṭottara Śatanāma Stotram

The Śrī Lakṣmī Aṣṭottara Śatanāma Stotram is a sacred hymn from the Purāṇas containing 108 auspicious names of Goddess Lakṣmī, the divine consort of Lord Viṣṇu and embodiment of wealth, prosperity, and auspiciousness. Presented as a dialogue between Lord Śiva and Goddess Pārvatī, this stotram reveals the manifold attributes, powers, and glories of Mahālakṣmī. It is renowned for its ability to remove poverty (dāridrya mocana), bestow both worldly enjoyment (bhukti) and spiritual liberation (mukti), and grant all forms of prosperity. The hymn is considered guhyād guhyataram—the supreme secret among secrets.
